Maylandsea to Queenborough

A three week wait and a weather window opens – a gloriously clear blue-sky day, calm enough to get underway. A 12 hour trip across the Thames estuary with skipper Ian Ruffles at the wheel and Beccs Polden on support vessel. Casting off before sunrise and moored at Queenborough Harbour by sunset.
